Welcome to the High View Water and Daniels Sanitation District website. High View Water District and Daniels Sanitation District are separate Title 32 Special Districts that serve residents in the northwest area of Lakewood, Colorado. High View Water District provides water through a Master Meter Contract with Denver Water to residents and businesses within our boundaries. Daniels Sanitation District is responsible for wastewater collection for residents and businesses located in the area as a sub-connecter under the City of Lakewood with Metro Water Recovery. High View Water and Daniels Sanitation Districts are operated from our office at 1002 Kipling Street in Lakewood, Colorado and are maintained as separate entities.
District Boundaries
The service areas for High View Water District and Daniels Sanitation District are located in northwest Lakewood. Although they serve many customers for water and sewer, their boundaries are not the same. The service area is roughly 6th Avenue on the south, 14th Avenue on the north, Coors Street to the west and Miller Street to the east.
Office Hours
Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.The office is closed for lunch from 12:00pm until 1:00pm. If you have a water or sewer emergency, please call 303-233-2182.
Wipes Clog Pipes
Metro Water Recovery is advising people to never flush the flowing items down the sanitary sewer system:disinfecting wipes, baby wipes, diapers, paper towels and napkins, toilet bowl scrub pads, feminine hygiene products.
